Toshokan Sensou

The whole thing started as many users were discussing about how many good, both old and new series end up either dropped, stalled, or even never see light in scanlations. After some small talk we decided we try out making a child board dealing with these issues. (Note- temporary description, just wanted to put something up so that the project page doesn't look so empty)
